Senior Accountant & Finance Operations Manager

We're building an international B2B marketplace for the used-textiles trade, and we need an experienced finance lead to run the numbers behind it. You'll own the full finance function, from day-to-day bookkeeping to board-ready reporting, and keep us compliant as we scale across markets.
What you'll do
- Own bookkeeping, reconciliations and month-end close, and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements to IFRS.
- Run accounts receivable and payable across subscription billing, renewals, collections and supplier payments.
- Manage revenue recognition across subscriptions, featured listings, advertising and commissions, with MRR and ARR reporting.
- Handle UAE VAT and Corporate Tax filings, payroll and WPS, cash-flow forecasting, budgeting and audit coordination.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of UAE accounting experience, hands-on with VAT, Corporate Tax, payroll/WPS and multi-company books.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; CPA, ACCA, CMA or CA preferred.
- Strong with accounting systems (Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, Odoo or similar) and advanced Excel.
- Fluent English, sharp attention to detail, and able to run the finance function independently.
Nice to have
- SaaS subscription accounting, or an international-trade / e-commerce background.
- Arabic, Turkish or French.
