Customer Support & Administrative Coordinator

As we grow our international user base, we need an organized, customer-focused coordinator to keep buyers and sellers happy and operations tidy. You'll be the friendly front line of the platform and the glue between our teams.

What you'll do

  • Answer buyer and seller inquiries across email, WhatsApp, live chat and phone, and resolve or escalate issues quickly.
  • Run buyer and seller verification (identity, business and document checks) and flag suspicious activity.
  • Keep the CRM accurate: profiles, tickets, subscriptions and verification records, with weekly and monthly reports.
  • Manage subscriptions (renewals, upgrades and invoices) and support sales and management with day-to-day admin.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years in customer support, success, administration or sales coordination.
  • Fluent English; French, Arabic, Turkish or Swahili a plus.
  • Comfortable with a CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or similar) and everyday office / Google tools.
  • Excellent communication, strong organization and a genuine customer-first mindset.

Nice to have

  • Experience on an e-commerce or B2B marketplace platform.
  • Exposure to international trade or logistics.
